This Privacy Policy explains how AmerisPro ("we," "our," or "us") handles data when you use the AmerisPro Google Sheets Add-on and its associated web portals (collectively, the "Service").

1. Data Ownership and Storage

AmerisPro is built on a serverless, multi-tenant architecture designed to prioritize your privacy:

• Your Sheets, Your Data: All safety records, inventory quantities, PPE check logs, contractor signatures, and system configurations are stored directly within your own Google Drive and your own Google Sheets.
• No Central Database Hosting: We do not host your safety data on external central servers. We cannot access, view, or modify your safety logs or files unless explicitly authorized within your own Google account context.

2. Information We Access

To function properly, the Service requests access to the following Google Workspace permissions (OAuth Scopes):

• Google Sheets: Used to read and write safety checklist data, PPE logs, and contractor registrations to the database spreadsheets you own.
• Google Drive: Used to safely upload contractor/visitor signatures and photos to a folder inside your own Google Drive.
• External Requests: Used to communicate with our secure licensing server to validate your premium purchase license key.

3. License Validation

When you register a license key within your system settings, the add-on sends the license key and your active Spreadsheet ID to our secure validation server to verify the validity of your subscription. This validation does not transmit any of your safety records, employee details, or personal files.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data remains entirely within your Google account and under your control.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
