1. Service Access & 14-Day Free Trial

By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth, or accessing the AmerisPro platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

• 14-Day Free Trial: All new workspace registrations receive a 14-day free trial period with zero payment required upfront.
• Trial Feature Allowances: Free trial workspaces receive access to all core modules and a trial allowance of AI search and analytics queries.
• Subscription Expiration: Upon expiration of the 14-day trial, an active Premium Subscription is required to maintain full edit and administrative access.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

AmerisPro offers paid SaaS subscription tiers. Payments are securely processed via licensed payment partners supporting FPX Online Banking, eWallets, and Debit/Credit Cards.

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated, except as required under mandatory statutory consumer protection laws.

3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership of all site inspection records, safety audit logs, uploaded worker photos, PPE stock inventories, and contractor registration data created in your workspace.

AmerisPro retains all intellectual property rights in the platform software architecture, UI design system, search algorithms, and brand assets.

4. AI Search & Analytics Disclaimer

AmerisPro includes automated AI search and statutory compliance assistance tools designed to help organizations reference safety legislation, codes of practice, and regulatory guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmerisPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site safety incidents, external statutory enforcement actions, or workplace audit outcomes.
