Welcome to AmerisPro. By installing the AmerisPro Google Sheets Add-on or using the associated web portal templates (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
You retain full ownership and control of all safety records, images, signatures, and spreadsheets generated through the Service. Because all data is stored locally in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets:
Access to premium features (including incident monitoring and custom branding) requires a valid purchase of an AmerisPro license key. Sharing or distributing your license key to run on multiple unauthorized spreadsheet databases is strictly prohibited and may result in the key being revoked.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service, its fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be entirely free of errors or disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the premium features of the Service if we detect unauthorized sharing or license key abuse.
